1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the jilix top website and related gaming services accessible at jilixtop.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the jilix top platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
Jilix top reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Player Eligibility
To register and use the jilix top platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Jilix top strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing jilix top is legal in your location.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jilix top or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or listed on any gambling exclusion registry.
3 Account Registration and Security
Each person is permitted to hold only one account on jilix top. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any pending withdrawals being voided.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Jilix top is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration. You are responsible for updating your account details if your information changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilix top login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Jilix top will never ask for your full password via chat or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact support immediately via live chat.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Jilix top may charge a monthly administration fee of ₱100 on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
4 Deposits
All deposits at jilix top are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification as part of our AML compliance obligations. Deposits are generally credited to your wallet within minutes. Jilix top does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.1 Deposit Limits
Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active. Decreasing a limit is effective immediately.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at jilix top are processed within minutes for GCash and Maya, and within a few hours for bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
5.1 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support payouts, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect your account.
5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal
Before your first withdrawal — or for withdrawals above ₱50,000 — jilix top may require identity verification documents. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary policy. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of address. Providing false documentation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5.3 Pending Bonus Wagering
Withdrawals cannot be processed if there is an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements. You have the option to forfeit the bonus and proceed with a withdrawal of real-money funds only. Contact support to do this.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by jilix top — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are disclosed on each promotion's detail page. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Only wagers on eligible games count toward the requirement.
6.2 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited. Free spins expire within 7 days of being issued. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
6.3 Abuse and Fraud
Jilix top actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using software to exploit game mechanics, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet requirements with minimal risk. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently banned.
7 Game Rules and Technical Issues
All games available on jilix top are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game developers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Jilix top provides game information and paytables accessible within each game interface.
7.1 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jilix top reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wager amount to the player's wallet. Jackpot or significant wins generated during a demonstrable system error may be withheld pending investigation. Jilix top's decision in such matters is final.
7.2 RNG Certification
All non-live casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. Results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds — not guaranteed returns per session.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilix top platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings beyond normal game outcomes
- Collusion with other players or casino staff to gain an unfair advantage
- Using stolen payment credentials or engaging in any form of payment fraud
- Making deposits or withdrawals in a manner intended to circumvent anti-money laundering regulations
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
Jilix top cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity believed to constitute a criminal offense will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities, and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.
